Skyport Tycoon

Skyport Tycoon puts you in charge of a floating airport, and it hits that just-one-more-flight itch hard. You lay out runways, hire staff, route passengers, and try to keep everyone from piling up at the gates. It's the classic tycoon loop done with a light, cartoonish touch.

The management gets satisfyingly complex as your port grows. Balancing income against expansion is a real decision, and watching a smooth operation hum along is quietly rewarding. Controls are pinch-to-zoom and drag, and they work well.

It leans on timers a bit more than I'd like, and late-game can slow down. But the core building loop is strong enough that I kept redesigning my layout for no reason other than fun.
